Nasa का cliper मिशन यूरोपा पर जीवन की खोज के सफल प्रयास की एक नई कड़ी हो सकती है, जो हमें सौरमंडल के बाहरी क्षेत्रों में जीवन की संभावनाओं की ओर एक कदम और करने के लिए प्रेरित करेगा।
यूरोपा, (जुपिटर का चंद्रमा) एक रहस्यमय और रोमांटिक ग्रह है। जिसने वैज्ञानिकों को अपनी ठंडक से भरी सतह और उसके अंदर की संभावित समुद्र का पता लगाने के लिए प्रेरित किया है। यूरोपा की ठंडी और बर्फबरीत सतह पर चंद्रकांतियों की तरह कुछ रहस्यमय गुण हैं, जिनमें से एक है उसकी ठंडक से भरी सतह पर चिकनी बर्फ की स्तर से होने वाली विचित्र नकारात्मक रेखाएँ। इन लकीरों के पीछे छुपा हुआ रहस्य, वैज्ञानिकों को यूरोपा की सतह की गहराईयों तक पहुंचने के लिए उत्तेजित करता है।
जुपिटर के मून यूरोपा की बर्फीली चट्टानों के नीचे जीवन के लिए जरूरी पानी और एनर्जी के ऑर्गेनिक सोर्स मिल सकते हैं यह करीब 400 करोड़ साल तक खत्म नहीं होंगे। नासा के क्लिपर मिशन का मकसद यूरोपा पर ऐसी जगह की तलाश करना है, जहां जीवन पनप सकता है। नासा अक्टूबर 2024 में क्लिपर स्पेसक्राफ्ट लॉन्च करेगा। यह ऑर्बिटल स्पेसक्राफ्ट 2030 तक जुपिटर तक पहुंचेगी।
सबसे बड़ा स्पेसक्राफ्ट बन रहा है
क्लिपर मिशन के लिए बनाया जा रहा स्पेसक्राफ्ट अब तक का सबसे बड़ा स्पेसक्राफ्ट होगा। यह करीब 30 मीटर लंबा और बिना फ्यूल के 3241 किलोग्राम वजनी होगा। पृथ्वी के मुकाबले जुपिटर सूर्य से 5 गुना ज्यादा दूर है। इस वजन से स्पेसक्राफ्ट पर खास तौर पर पावर बैकअप के लिए सोलर एरे भी लगाए जाएंगे। इसमें 24 इंजन होंगे। सोलर एरे के साथ इसकी लंबाई 30 मीटर यानी करीब एक बास्केटबॉल कोर्ट जितनी होगी।

Europa’s cold and icy surface has some mysterious moonlike properties, one of which is the strange negative lines caused by the smooth ice layers on its cold surface. The mystery hidden behind these lines excites scientists to reach the depths of Europa’s surface.
Under the icy rocks of Jupiter’s moon Europa, organic sources of water and energy necessary for life can be found, which will not end for about 400 million years. The purpose of NASA’s Clipper mission is to find a place on Europa where life can flourish. NASA will launch the Clipper spacecraft in October 2024. This orbital spacecraft will reach Jupiter by 2030.
The largest spacecraft is being built
The spacecraft being built for the Clipper mission will be the largest spacecraft ever built. It will be about 30 meters long and weigh 3241 kg without fuel. Jupiter is 5 times farther from the Sun than Earth. With this weight, solar arrays will also be installed on the spacecraft specifically for power backup. It will have 24 engines. With the solar array, its length will be 30 meters i.e. about the size of a basketball court.
